Client Relations Co-Ordinator - Domiciliary

Hours: 37.5 Per Week - Full Time

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £27,850 - £31,950 (DOE)

HYBRID WORKING IS NOT PERMITTED FOR THIS ROLE

Role and Description: 

Supporting the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager with the compliance of clients. 

Conducting care assessments

Marketing Support and being the face of the business. 

Utilizing Care Planning and Rostering Software

Care Planning and Risk Assessments

On-Call out of hours duties

Supporting with the Compliance of the service

Recruitment and Retention

Support with Business Growth

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Care Experience (2 Years Minimum)
  • Level 3 NVQ or Equivalent 
  • Strong Knowledge of CQC 
  • Team Management /Supervision 
  • Care Planning & Risk Assessments
  • Experience with Client Assessments
  • Full UK Drivers Licence & Own Vehicle (ESSENTIAL)

Regional Support Manager (South East & Midlands)

Hours: 40 Per Week - Full Time

Location: Oxfordshire / Northamptonshire (SL & DOM)

Salary: £39,500 -£48,500 - DOE

HYBRID WORKING IS NOT PERMITTED FOR THIS ROLE

Role and Description: 

Supporting the directors and business management with the day to day running and oversight of operations.

Utilizing Care Planning and Rostering Software

Care Planning and Risk Assessments

On-Call out of hours duties

Direct Line Manager for Service Manager and Registered Managers

Providing invaluable support to services without a Service Manager or Registered Manager in post (Interim periods agreed at the needs of the business)

Managing Compliance of the service

Recruitment and Retention

Increasing and Maintaining Care Hours 

Support with Business Growth

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Care Experience
  • Level 5 NVQ or Equivalent
  • Strong Knowledge of CQC 
  • Team Management /Supervision 
  • Care Planning & Risk Assessments
  • Safeguarding Lead or Level 3 Trained (Adults and Children)
  • Full UK Drivers Licence & Own Vehicle
  • Previous Managerial experience at Registered Manager level or Equivalent 

Preferred:

  • Active NMC Pin - RNLD / RMN /RGN
  • Previous Registration (Must be within the last 2 years)
